Replacement & Refund Policy (Books)

Printed books

If your book arrives damaged, has missing/misprinted pages, or is not the book you ordered, WhatsApp or email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Online payments for cancelled orders are refunded to the same account within 5–7 working days.

PDF e-books

PDFs are personal digital copies marked with the buyer's name, email and mobile number. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, PDFs are not refundable. If you face any problem downloading or opening your PDF, contact us and we will help right away.

Cash on Delivery

Please accept the parcel when it arrives. Mobile numbers that refuse COD parcels may not be able to use COD again.
